The Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Federal Government of Somalia actively supports our initiatives to develop and advance esports in the country. Since receiving official recognition in December 2021, we have worked closely with the Ministry to establish a structured and sustainable esports ecosystem, fostering talent, creating competitive opportunities, and integrating esports into the broader sports and youth development framework. This partnership underscores a shared commitment to empowering Somali youth through digital innovation, professional gaming, and international engagement in the evolving esports industry.
